HotForward is a free system tray application that runs in the background and forwards – 1) e-mail messages from multiple MSN Hotmail or Microsoft Live Mail e-mail accounts, or 2) e-mail messages or local files of any type from your computer – to any other e-mail account of choice.

Please Note: Microsoft is now enforcing a policy that only members with paid subscription accounts and members with accounts older than 2004 may access Hotmail using the WebDAV protocol such as HotForward.

Requirements

It is developed using 100% Java and may run on any operating system (Windows, Unix, Mac OS, etc.) that has the Java Runtime (JRE) 6 installed.

You would want to use HotForward...

• If you would like your preferred ISP or web based e-mail account as storage for your local files (Outbox Feature).
  
• You don't like using MSN Hotmail or Microsoft Live Mail and would prefer reading all your e-mails under some other e-mail service like Google Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, AOL Mail, or your ISP's e-mail account, etc.
• If you want to check your Microsoft e-mails using desktop based e-mail clients that do not support MSN Hotmail access like Mozilla Thurderbird, etc.
• You'd like to read your Hotmail on your mobile device.
• Just because you felt like it :-)
  

Features

• (Outbox Feature) Supports forwarding files of any type from your computer for storage/archival purposes. To enable this feature, just add an account called "outbox"
