Since 1997, Spencer Horowitz has helped clients successfully establish brand identity, expand market share, attract venture capital and go public. His clients include semiconductor, IP, middleware and wireless technology accounts in North America, Europe and Asia.
Due in part to his aggressive PR management, several Horowitz clients have been formally recognized as leading companies by RedHerring, EETimes and the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA).
Before establishing his consulting practice, Spencer Horowitz was co-founder and Marketing Director of Oren Semiconductor, a wireless technology start-up. He led that company's strategic marketing engagements with Sony, Philips, LGE, JVC and other global consumer electronics OEMs.
As a Product Marketing Manager at Zoran, Horowitz managed the market launch of the world's first Dolby digital surround sound chip, a technology embedded in every DVD player. He also served as Market Research Manager at National Semiconductor, and as Product Marketing Engineer at Intel.
Earlier in his career, Horowitz coded C/Assembler embedded applications at AM Varityper, and bench tested prototype microcontrollers at Bell Laboratories.
