Hopkins Village, Belize. Cabana for Rent
Want to live in paradise?  Well, maybe Hopkins isn't it, but it's pretty good.
Contact us at: webelize@gmail.com or 321-368-0061

Why pay up to one million USD for a villa on the beach, when you can rent a small cabana for less than $20.00 a day and live on the same beach?

Use these as storage, spare rooms for friends and family or talk to us about leasing the small business, Sinsonte hotel.

Hopkins is not for everyone, and Belize, in general is not yet (thank God) a vacationers paradise.

If you like the mall....

DO NOT COME HERE!

There is no mall. No fast food, no Wal-Mart and no Starbucks.

Belize has jaguar in the wild, crocodiles, kiskidees in your front yard, mockingbirds nesting in the mango tree by your window, parrots in the cashew tree.

We have grapefruit in your back yard and a hammock in the shade, but we don't have Burger King.

And the roads are bad.

You like to fish? Then  come here and fish your butt off. If you like snapper; eat it fresh. Like tarpon, bonefish, permit for sport? Get into the flats near the reef and go to fishing heaven.

But don't come for the fashion or the jewelry. If you're a guy bring a girl who isn't married to the salon. If you're a girl, bring a guy who likes to get some sun on his skin (no offense to geekazoids who spend all their time on a game or worse watching one).

You know you have always dreamed of waking up to this view every morning, but you thought you had to be retired or rich. All you really need is a few months off.

Beach view in the morning.

Have your coffe where you really want to have it, not at the fast food drive through. This small cabana has a kitchenette which includes a small fridge and a view of the sea that makes you think you are in tropical heaven.  And for $500 US per month you can't be the rent.

Minimum 3 month rental. Will consider discount for longer rentals and special discounts for US military veterans.

For $500/mo you get one concrete cabana and two thatch cabanas that share a bath. You can use them as extra bedrooms when you have friends or family visit, or you can rent them out to see if you are really cut out for life in a small B&B.

You can pay your deposit and your rent by Visa, American Express or Mastercard or wire transfer. Maybe even PayPal.

The full rising over the water moon is one of the most beautiful things you will ever see. Do yourself a faor and see it here.

Moonrise over Sinsonte Beach

Living in the tropics is fun, but it can also be a lot of work.

The Cabanas got a fresh coat of paint last year

People ask if we have a pool and I say hell yes.
The pool is HUGE!!!

But the Cabana is small. It is basically a hotel room with a kitchennette. Believe it or not I have had people look at this picture and ask me how many bedrooms. It's a cabana. It's not a house. But it does have water, electric, cable.

And you can live in it. I did.
