There are lots of cool and hopeful things happening... watch for stories.  | We believe that we are called to, “reach out to the homeless and loveless in their plight, and guard against corruption from the godless world”. As each of us are able, we are to “bring good news to the poor” and “heal the heartbroken” though we ourselves are broken. Through acts of compassion, we are to “announce freedom to all captives”. Taking action we are to “care for the needs of all who mourn” and “give them bouquets of roses instead of ashes, messages of joy instead of news of doom, a praising heart instead of a languid spirit”. May our actions help to “rebuild the old ruins, raise a new city out of the wreckage”. May those we walk with “start over on the ruined cities, take the rubble left behind and make it new”.
