Cicely Berry is the world renown  Voice Coach for the Royal Shakespeare Company in London, England.  She knows her stuff.  I hear she also has a set of DVDs and corresponding books  out called "Working Shakespeare."   I'd love to see them, but don't have $500.00 to spare right now .
