Sounds great! But how does Homes Everyday do all of this?
The first thing you may want to do is to look at our current listings. If you see something that interests you, contact us to set up an appointment to see the home. Or, simply contact us letting us know your ready to step into the world of home ownership. When you are ready to move forward, we will take an application from you and contact a previous landlord if applicable. Don't worry too much about past credit problems though. We just have to verify the information you give us, make sure your payments are current, and confirm that there are no discrepancies that would prevent financing within 12-24 months.
If you decide you would like to lease purchase the house, we collect your option fee and first months lease payment. We sign the lease purchase forms, and you receive the keys to your new home!
