Signs in violation of Omaha Municipal code Sections 55-823(c)3-2 will be tagged or removed.
Illegal signs are defined as: • Signs in the city right-of-way • Signs attached to utility poles or light poles • Signs placed between the side walk and curb (10' rule). Repeat offenders can be punished by a fine of up to $500 or six months in jail. |
