Wellness and wealth are fine goals, as are things like earning residual income, recession proofing yourself and retiring early. But, if you do not have a purpose, and a philosophy to drive that purpose, it probably will not happen for you. The problem seems to be that most people have not settled on a purpose for their life, or even given it much thought. Sadly, very few think about what they want to become this month, much less in say 5, 10 or even 30 years. A lot of people, however, think a great deal about what they want "today".
