Welcome to the mirror information portal for the Holy Quran Simply.

Welcome to the simple truth about Islam, in an easy to read translation of the Qur'an in simple English.

The Quran is a Divine Message for all mankind - for people of all colours and all races, rich or poor.

The Quran’s Message is neither ‘Western’ nor ‘Eastern.’

It goes beyond race, national or tribal culture, fashion, magic or man-created theories or philosophies.

Most importantly, the Quran is about 'Peace.'

The Quran and the People of the The Book [Christians and Jews] both talk about an “eye for an eye” yet these these scriptures qualify this principle by saying it is best to forgive. We all know an “eye for an eye” if practised fanatically would make the whole world blind.

Chapter 98 [Sura xcviii] "Clear Proof [Baiyina]" calls to the truth and light of the Quran's Message and what religion ought to be for a person to seeks to fulfil their obligations to Almighty God:

Verses 4 and 5. "The People of THE BOOK were not in dispute until after this Clear Proof came to them. They are asked to do no more than this: Worship only God; be sincere in their [faith and] devotion to Him; be true [honest, genuine and loyal]; establish regular prayer and practice regular charity. This is true religion."

And so, the Quran remains the ancient and central religious text of Islam. It is a book of divine guidance by God for the direction of mankind, as revealed to the prophet, Muhammad by the angel, Gabriel.

AdamNoahAbraham, Moses and Jesus are Divine Messengers mentioned in the Holy Quran.

We invite you to peruse this website to learn more about the Quran, the essence of Islam and what it means to be a responsible Muslim citizen (with civility and sanity):

Chapter 5 [Sura v], Verse 32. "To take one life is as if you take the lives of all humanity and to save one life is as if to save all of all humanity."

Chapter 2 [Sura ii], Verse 256. "Let there be no compulsion in religion. Good stands out from evil; whoever rejects evil and believes in God has grasped the most trustworhty handhold. He will never break; for God hears and knows all things."

And if you do not have the Quran, we encourage you to acquire a personal copy of The Book translation, "The Holy Quran Simply" - so that you can read (in simple English) the true meanings and moral teachings of the Quran for yourself.
