Need a place to meet? Holt Public Schools offer Exceptional Facilities for your next event.  Looking for a place to host a meeting or an event? Holt Public Schools may have just the facility you seek.

     The Holt Board of Education makes your local buildings and grounds available whenever they’re not being used for their primary purpose – education, administration, and related activities. More and more community groups, clubs, individuals and businesses are taking advantage of what your classrooms, cafeterias, gyms, fields and theaters have to offer.

     Reserving a room is a simple process: just fill out a Room Request Form (available online, at all principals’ offices, the community education office, and the superintendent’s office) and submit it to the Theater, Events & Scheduling office via email, U.S. mail, Holt’s inter-office courier, or by fax.

     It helps to plan ahead: forms must be submitted not less than 10 days before the event; they must be legibly and completely filled out; and they must include a complete list of equipment requested for the event. There may be charges for use of the facilities, equipment, and for support personnel. Guidelines and policies are available from the Theater, Events and Scheduling office at Holt High School, 5885 W.
