WE ARE NUMBER 7 CALLE  de la  LAGUNA  -- right about in the middle --   THERE IS A "LAGUNA" DIRECTLY BEHIND OUR CASA ALSO !!

 

GOLF COURSE IN THE COMMUNITY  IS A 9 HOLE MANAGED BY VICTOR, A LOCAL GENTLEMAN.

MANY, MANY GREAT PLACES TO EAT -- some are very small, but don't let the size fool you !!

OUR FAVORITE IS just a few blocks from our house --  SOLE MIO with delicious stone fired pizzas and FABULOUS ITALIAN ENTREES (my favorite is Pasta Sole Mio !!!)   

Don Quixote is traditional German fare........prepared by a traditional German right down to fresh, homemade sauerkraut !!

Say hi to Charlie & Stephanie at CAFE AMERICANA/Pequieno mundo   http://www.pequeno-mundo.com/dominican.html  (w/ karaoke on Thursday nights) -- both only 3-4 blocks walk

Try the weiner schnitzel at BUDDIES !!!   YUMMY !!

AND ON THE BEACH, THERE IS ESTRELLA del MAR (say hi to Marlon and try whatever they have on SPECIAL for the day----it will be delicious!)  and  EL CAREY which has a delicious shrimp and rice dish we really like..........and COLD PRESIDENTES (which we REALLY LOVE!!) !!

Just outside Costambar on the main road as you head to Cofresi, is Stefy and Natale's !!   Fantastic Italian food !!

PLUS SO MANY MORE PLACES...... !!!    We encourage you to walk around and  explore the other restaurants in the village that  we have not listed since we have never had a bad meal in Costambar !

 

Play horseshoes, drink a beer and talk to the friends that hang out at Jimmy's SEA WITCH on "the point" of the beach.

 

There is a taxi stand near the GOLF course across from Don Diego (condo unit) and a TOUR BUS place near the main gate.

 

JENNY'S MARKET JUST INSIDE THE MAIN GATE IS SMALL BUT HAS JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED.   Across the street from Jenny's is an INTERNET CAFE.
