- INGREDIENTS:
potatoes, peanuts, oil, onion, salt, garlic powder
- PROCEDURE:
- Chop a large onion and sauté in oil.
- Dice the potatoes and allow to simmer covered in low heat with the chopped onion.
- When the potatoes have softened, add roasted shelled peanuts.
- Garnish with salt and garlic powder to taste.
- REMARKS:
- This is a simple side dish that can serve as a snack as well.
