Greetings Parents! Welcome to the band programs at Holmes Jr. High School.

We hope that your son or daughter will be excited to participate in a rich and full instrumental music program. Since 2001, the Holmes Band Boosters (HBB) has played a significant role in the success of the band program. 

The HBB provides financial and volunteer support to the Holmes Band. The band department has been able to purchase new instruments and music equipment, repair old instruments, and purchase much needed music arrangements with funds raised by the HBB. The HBB has accomplished much to enhance the band program; however, there is still more to do. 

We encourage all parents to get involved with the Band Boosters Club in any capacity. Every little bit helps to build up our student's band experience. I encourage you to sign up for our Band google group at: http://groups.google.com/group/hjhband. It will keep you posted on band activities and events.

The HBB meets formally about three times during the school year. The club is governed by a group of volunteers who coordinate all of our fundraising activities. We welcome any ideas or help for fundraising. Let's help our children have the best band experience possible!
