6th Grade Gifted Lab

6th grade students are encouraged to enroll in two semesters of Gifted Lab.  In this class, students learn skills that help them to be successful in middle school.  Students complete units on study skills and units that address the unique social/emotional needs of gifted students.  Students will also have the opportunity to pursue their interests and passions through independent study projects and using VPL (Virtual Prescriptive Learning).

7th & 8th Grade Gifted Lab

7th and 8th grade students are encouraged to enroll in at least one semester of Gifted Lab.  In this class, students will have the opportunity to pursue their interests and passions through mentorships (8th grade only), independent study projects and using VPL (Virtual Prescriptive Learning).
