This website promotes the strategic partnership between Heves County (HU), Kovászna/Covasna County (RO) and Värmland County (SE).

The partnership prioritises co-operation on the regional level in the European Union. The three counties have been co-operating closely and intensely since 2004, jointly taking part in a number activities, initiatives and European Union projects and programmes.

The three counties jointly profit from each other's international networks and alliances, which is an ever more important part of making a successful partaking in the European Union's programmes and initiatives possible. Furthermore, the partnership enables municipalities and other organisations in Heves, Kovászna and Värmland to take part in international co-operation, within the framework of the three-party strategic partnership.
