I
have 242.000 sqauremeters under contract. The land owns 650m private
beachfront which is protected by some rocks in the north. There is no
neighbour within a radius of 2.5 kilometers. As soon as we have bought
this piece of land we will start the negotiations for the neighbouring
lands. Maybe our community grows faster than expected.... in this case
we´ll have enough space for whatever comes to our mind. If our space is
big enough for our community we can re-sell or rent that lands to
persons or companies that fit to us. Imagine a 5-star-hotel nearby our
place.... that´s what we have to avoid!
One side is beachfront and the other side is with street access. In between there is a small lake and incredible spacy areas. You´ll love it. It´s a beautiful surrounding with amazing nature, animals, birds and the sea.
