REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Hillyard Festival Association (HFA) is accepting proposals to host our annual Hillyard Festival Breakfast on the morning of Saturday, August 6^th2011, 7am-10am.  Our Festival Breakfast has been hosted by many different organizations in the past and in order to keep it fresh, we would like you to propose how you would host the event.  From those proposals, the Hillyard Festival Association will pick the best proposal to put on the Hillyard Festival Breakfast.

Requirements:

·         Location must be within walking distance of Sharpley-Harmon Park or the Hillyard Hi-Jinx Parade route (Market St. from Broad to Bismark). 

·         The facility must be handicapped accessible and all applicable Spokane Regional Health & food handling laws must be followed.

·         You must make arrangements to carry the necessary insurance.  We can help you with this if needed.    

·         Date and times are non-negotiable.

·         Please fill out all the spaces below.  Feel free to add additional information on additional sheets. 

·         If you are proposing to hold the Breakfast somewhere other than your own facility, you will be responsible for proper clean up. 

·         Proposals must be returned by 5pm, 7/5/2011.
