We want to thank those of you who have stepped up to help out the Hillcrest computer program with their generous donations. So far this year we have received five flat-screen monitors, two digital cameras, and one video camera. A big thank you also to the volunteers who have helped during class time or put in their time developing a draft technology plan, serving as a resource, installing RAM and security locks, or simply helping us move equipment and furniture to make the lab more functional (thanks, Buck.) Every little bit helps to ensure that the computer program stays cutting-edge and relevant to the educational needs of our children.

We are always looking for computer equipment that you are no longer using, especially digital cameras, video cameras or flat-screen monitors. Your donations are TAX-DEDUCTIBLE! If you have something to donate, please contact Aquacena Lopez our PTA Technology Liaison.

Help Out in Class

If you are comfortable with computers and are interested in helping out in the 4th or 5th grade classes please contact Andrew Calkins the Computer Teacher. We mostly work in Word and PowerPoint, or programs that are similar.
