Imaginative" House - Google SketchUP (6th-8th Grade)

What is a House? Does it need 4 walls, a roof? How about a swimming pool on the roof? Or maybe a helicopter pad?

Students were asked to create a house - their dream house - using any kind of shape they could create, and then add details, like windows, colors and textures, and even furniture. For many Middle School students, this was their first exposure to Google SketchUp, an amazing (and Free) 3D design program that is both very powerful AND highly intuitive to use.
