MISSION:

The Mission of the Hideaway Valley Member to Member Site is to be a forum for the exchange of information and opinions among owners of property in the Hideaway Valley Subdivisions by providing factual information about our governing documents, meeting schedules of the Board of Trustees and of the Members, reports about actions taken on behalf of members, and other events or actions which may affect the use and enjoyment of Hideaway Valley by the owners.

We are member advocates who have been working both independently and collectively for years to  protect the rights of property owners living in Hideaway Valley in Sanpete County, Utah. We are a clearinghouse of Hideaway documents, education, training, and referrals for our property owners.

Write to the members here:

Please leave a comment. State whether you want your message and/or your name shared here or not. If you do not tell us, we will assume you want the comment published on HVMTM and we will use the name you tell us to use. This includes "Anonymous" if you so choose. By default, your email address will be included on the email list for updates on association business unless you state otherwise. Your email address will never be shared unless you request it. You can also go to the blog to make comments or if your comments are longer than what this form will handle, send us an email and when a volunteer can get to it, they will put up longer opinion pieces. You can also write articles, if you'd like to write for the members. Just let us know. All are welcome.

GOALS:

At 'Hideaway Valley Member to Member' our goals are to:
  • Provide support for the trustees with projects approved by the members
  • Write opinion pieces (all sides invited) on what we believe needs improvement.
  • Send certified letters to the board when we believe the governing documents are being ignored
  • Advise members how to handle violation letters and warnings
  • Recommend attorneys to fight for your rights if they are violated
  • Keep all current documents posted and past documents archived
  • Answer questions on the governing documents and Utah code
  • Keep on open forum so members can share ideas and comments
  • Campaign for changes we would like to see in our community
  • Keep an active email list to share information
Send us your name (include lot) and email if you want to receive notices about Hideaway and share in our member to member communications. Your email will never be shared or distributed. We prefer only Hideaway members and their agents to apply to be on the mailing list so please inlcude your lot number(s).
