PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

 

Legal & Institutional Development Specialist, The Urban Unit, Planning & Development Department, Government of the Punjab                                                  Since 2006

 

Staff attorney responsible for providing policy options to the Government of the Punjab on a range of urban issues such as infrastructure development, tourism promotion, water supply and sanitation, urban transport, municipal finance, etc.

  • Negotiate multi-million dollar grant and loan agreements with multi-lateral and bi-lateral development agencies for budgetary support and special projects of the Government
