 Independent Reading Projects
Indpendent Reading Projects (IRP's) will not be required for term 4. However, students may choose to complete it for extra credit.
The two books that students can choose from are Touching Spirit Bear and The Secret Life of Bees. They must read the book and answer a specific set of questions for credit.
Students interested in the extra credit IRP already have their books. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to be in school on Tuesday, May 8th. Therefore, BOTH book chats will be cancelled and students completing the extra credit IRP's will not be required to attend a book chat. Students will only be required to complete the reading of the novel, the study guide questions and the journal entries for credit on the IRP.
The extra credit IRP will be due on Friday, June 1, 2012 |
