A member of Legion Headquarters, all that is known of him at this time is from his Badge Photo. That he uses a cross-bow appears to be significant as he includes "bow" in his name.

STARBOY
A founding member of Legion Headquarters, little is known of Starboy. From his Badge Photo it appears he his highly athletic. Possibly very fast. His cousin, Lightning Bolt, is also a member of Legion Headquarters.

GREEN ACHER

A founding member of Legion Headquarters, little is known of Green Archer apart from his Badge Photo.




PRIMITIVE BRUTE
A founding member of Heroines of the Night, little is known of Primitive Brute apart from her Badge Photo.

TOOLAH
A founding member of Legion Headquarters, little is known of Toolah apart from his Badge Photo.

LASERED LASH
A founding member of Heroines of the Night, little is known of Lasered Lash apart from her Badge Photo.




AMYTAL
An independent hero, little is known of Amytal apart from her Badge Photo.

SGT. BARVIN and WELDIX
A founding member of Legion Headquarters, Sgt. Barvin is very military-minded. Given instinctive powers to use any weapon, and design tactics, Sgt. Barvin is weak on social graces. His spotted cat, Weldix, is actually a sentient being who acts as Sgt. Barvin's scout. They tend to operate away from large cities.

HILDA MEAHR and SNIPPER
A founding member of Legion Headquarters, Hilda is the Legion's cook. She is gifted and skilled at making foods from a variety of worlds and cultures. Snipper, her kitchen companion, helps her in determining the quality of ingredients. Officially, she has no superpowers. Unofficially, she's one hell of a cook.

A founding member of Heroines of the Night, nothing is known of Safe Whiffle except her name and her Badge Photo.


LIGHTNING BOLT
A founding member of Legion Headquarters, little is known of Lightning Bolt. His name suggests some sort of control over electrical power. His cousin, Starboy, is also a member of Legion Headquarters.

FEATHERED GUY ANTHROPIST
A member of Legion Headquarters, only vague reports exist at this time about Feathered Guy Anthropist. It is possible he is more of a sociologist than a hero, concerned more with rehabilitation and crime prevention rather than rough and tumble fighting. He carries what appears to be a grocery bag with him. The bag appears empty to others, but FGA always seems to be able to pull something from it.

STUMPY BEAR
A member of Legion Headquarters, little is known of Stumpy Bear apart from his Badge Photo. We don't even know what U.G.O. stands for.

CAPED BLADE
A founding member of Heroines of the Night, little is known of Caped Blade apart from her Badge Photo.

AZURE-GIN
MASKED WIZARD
A founding member of Heroines of the Night, little is known of Masked Wizard apart from her Badge Photo.

FIRE RED
A founding member of Legion Headquarters, Fire Red is probably the most dominant of all original Legion heroes. She carries two swords on her back and can draw a third, flaming energy sword, from the emblem on her chest. She was Commander Cerulean Grey's first true Hero recruit.

CAPTAIN SKATEBOARD
An independent hero. Captain Skateboard is a pure Surrey boy. He fights for truth, justice, and the British way. He is hopelessly naive and deplores violence so his only weapon is his umbrella and he relies on his skateboard to make a quick get away. Fortunately, his immense charm lures villains into co-operating with him.
