DIY
I figured...why not give it a try!
I kept saying that I would do a lot of DIY projects. So far Ive completed (2) and have several others in the works
STD Postcards
I created my postcards via Vistaprint. It was pretty fun trying to create something. Everyone who received them, loved them. Because of the deals offered by Vistaprint I ended up ordering 2 different STD postcards.
Cake Topper
When I first started on my cake topper I had no idea that it would take as many rhinestones as it did. I just completed my topper and am very proud of it. My plan was to do rhinestone table numbers to compliment the wedding colors. Well....needless to say.......
ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!
Completed Monogram
Centerpieces
I just started working on one of my many centerpieces. I'm still not exactly sure what I will use so right now im just playing around trying different things. Hopefully ill obtain the look that I have in mind.
1st attempt - im still working on this one
Invitations (for a friend)
I just completed a mock invitation for my girlfriend who is also getting married next year. This was my 1st attempt at putting something together for her. I plan to try 1 other idea that I have.
These were done without using a ruler or anything so the cut is not perfect.
My Invitations
Again, another attempt at creating a invitation. Ive decided to go with the pocketfold styly.
Now that Ive done my trial I pretty much have an idea of how I would like for it to look. I plan to purchase pre cut paper and have someone else to do the printing. My mock up was done using my inkjet printer and scissors...lol

Table Numbers
I decided to go along with apples for my table numbers. I have not yet decided how they will be displayed as of yet.
Aisle Runner
I do not have a steady hand. So therefore this was a little difficult for me. All in all im happy with it and glad I didnt spend a ton for one of these.
I'll post the step by step pictures along with the finished product.
step 1: print out monogram and tape layout to table
Ste2 2: Lay the runner over the layout and tape edges down to the table so that it doesnt move. Be very careful that you dont tear the edges of the runner (Like I did..LOL). The trace over your letters. Once this is done...lift the runner and put wax paper on the table (paint will bleed through) tape that down and place runner back over the wax paper.
Step 3: start painting largest letter first, it makes things a little easier. Once your done...

Program Mock
Turns out I hate layered programs. They gave me a true headache. If I could do over...I definitely wouldve chose a different stle. This was the mock. I used all brown ink on the final product.
