Welcome to the Hepburn Library of Lisbon, located in Lisbon, New York. Chartered in the 1920s, this historical building is one of seven Hepburn Libraries located in St. Lawrence County.  Mission Statement The Hepburn Library of Lisbon exists to provide quality service to the residents of Lisbon in an open and non-judgmental environment with free access to library materials in a variety of formats.
