A mix between dancing, games and storytelling.  We have found at HENs that alternating dancing with games and storytelling works really well for the younger birthday star. Games include musical bumps / statues, busy bees, musical corners, sleeping pirates, golden river and lots more.

The birthday child also receives a present from HENs.

The Themed Party:

HENs can run a party on any theme you want, from storytelling (with our puppet theatre) to HSM, Spy Academy, Princesses and Pirates, to arts and crafts and we can even dress up too!

We can also offer prizes, stickers and sweets to hand out during the parties as rewards for winning the games, such as best girl and best boy dancer.  This works well at parties for younger children as some don't quite grasp being 'out'.  We can also arrange presents for pass the parcel or you can provide the presents wrapped if you would prefer.

What numbers can I have? 

Normally we say one class which is generally 30 children.  For arts and crafts parties we reduce this to 20 children.  This number can be increased to 30 with a surcharge of £20 to cover additional crafty materials.

Do you provide the music?

All our parties will have an element of dancing involved even if you book the arts and crafts, so we will bring along our music. Feel free to book your own DJ though if you would prefer.

How do I book?

Simply call us and we can chat about options and available dates.

How do I pay?

Once we have confirmed your party plans we will send you a booking form.  You will need to complete it and return it with a deposit.  You can then play the balance by cash or cheque on the day of the party.

How do I know you are safe?

We at HENs ensure we have reliable staff who are CRB checked to make sure your precious ones are looked after.  Our staff are trained at what they do and all have lots of experience working with HENs.

Hmm still not sure - can I have a reference?

Thats fine we know mums, dads, and carers that want to be super careful these days.  We can provide a reference upon request and you an also check out our clients page which shows a few comments from some of our general HENs clients.

Where can I hold my party?

In any hall or large room.  For Arts and Crafts parties we do require tables.

How far will you travel?

We are based in Brentwood, but have HENs Party Pals dotted all over Essex and we often venture to HERTs, Kent and London.  For Parties more than 15 miles away from our base we have to add a 11p per mile onto the cost.

Can you also provide food?

We don't tend to provide food but we have been asked to do so in the past and don't mind helping you out.  We can do little snack packs, that include sandwiches, snacks, drinks and nibbles.  Call us for more information.

What about if I am not happy about something after the party?

We always want our clients to be happy.  Please talk to us if you are worried about something or it didn't quite go to plan.
