Performing on a Yamaha Disklavier Mark IV Pro, the recital will include solo works from the standard repertoire by Ravel, Messiaen and Ligeti, as well as a recent work by New Zealand composer Gareth Farr. In the second half, Wong Doe will perform two interactive works for pianist and computer-controlled piano by the pioneering French composer Jean-Claude Risset, and a world premiere of a work by New York based composer Brendan Adamson. |
