WOW! It was a BUSY year! Library Statistics for the date range 8/8/2011 to 05/16/2012 Total Circulations: 48,609 Total Holds Placed: 460 Thanks to all of our wonderful volunteers who helped us re-shelve all of those books! We couldn't keep it going without you!! WANTED: Old Hembree Springs Yearbooks. The students love to look at past years & our collection is very well-loved. In book speak, that means they are in desperate need of replacement! We can't purchase old editions, so our only hope is donations. We love those old editions (we were younger then!)

Our 3rd Annual Book Swap was a SUCCESS!
We had a whole lot of swappin' going on this week! We traded 245 books with students.
Please keep us in mind during the school year as you clean out gently-used children's books that you no longer want. We can always find a home for them in our collection, as part of our book swap, or with our teachers.
