2011 Spring Travel and Winter Indoor

We have a U8 team already practicing outdoors as long as weather will permit.  Forms have been handed out to the BKW Modified Boys and we are looking for anyone - even those with no experience, who would like to play on our U14 boys travel team.  Games are played with teams in the Capital District - Colonie, Guilderland, and surrounding areas.  Although the competition is tough, the teams get excellent experience and learn a lot in a very short period of time.

U14 Boys registration is due November 1, 2010.  We require 15 boys to field a team.  If we do not have 15, we will be unable to play this year.  We had to play short a couple of times last year and it was difficult on everyone.  We want the experience to be a positive one, so this year we will not play if we don't have enough boys to have a few subs and allow for absences now and then.

Unfortunately we do not have enough girls in any one age group to field a U14 or U16 team.  If anyone wants to play indoor (we only need 8 to field a team) we will find a coach for you.  Contact Eric Fisher 852-8073 or tbf1992@aol.com for more information on that.

As long as construction does not interfere, practices will be held behind the BKW Schools - Games will be played on the field inside the School Track behind the Elementary School or on the field below the track.
