I am a first year Doctoral Student in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Old Dominion University.  I graduated from Michigan State University in December of 2006 with a BA in Psychology.  After gradution I spent a year as a program coordinator assistant for a non-profit organization that provided services for disabled individuals.

I am now working in Dr. Debbie Major's research lab and teaching labs for an undergraduate quantitative methods course.  My research interests primairly revolve around the work-family/work-life interface and gender issues in the workplace.
