I am a second year Doctoral Student in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Old Dominion University. I graduated from Michigan State University in December of 2006 with a BA in Psychology. After gradution I spent a year as the program coordinator assistant for a non-profit organization that provided services for disabled individuals.
I am now working in Dr. Debbie Major's research lab and teaching labs for an undergraduate quantitative methods course. My research interests primarily revolve around the work-family/work-life interface and gender issues in the workplace. In particular I am interested in coping with work-life conflict and the role of support in ameliorating conflict.
My vita can be accessed in the attachment at the bottom of this page. If you have any questions about Old Dominion University, I/O Psychology, or my research interests, please don't hesitate to contact me at Hlauz001@odu.edu.
