I beg leeway to publish this as is, from Mouni Sadhu and Dr. Kenneth McAll as it is nearly impossible for me to track this down (so far no copyright infringement areas that I've discovered); of course I am open to improvements and ever prefer overt permissions. I am NOT quoting perfectly, Mouni Sadhu; rather, in reading that book, the entire translation from Latin is given if one is so inclined, the more ancient secret metaphysical terminologies that do not apply further to me and my Path(s). Mouni Sadhu passed in 1971. He wrote of Theurgy as well and had the great Gurus as gurus..Dr. Kenneth McAll was born approx. 1910 who also permeated the Spirit worlds in diligent healing attempts. Neither were American. Thus, combined are TWO entirely separate sources which both survived the Dark Ages. Credit is more given to the Second Rosicrucian Order than to the Catholic Church or what I know so far of the Church of God-the original Church John and Paul began with Jesus questing God that He allow such Church to remain. That Church is presently splintered more than 50 times I hear, and beyond my reach at the moment of this publishing here. I wonder of this discovery and with sometimes abject Joy, but Joy nonetheless; that it is so straight from Jesus, that in time (warps) spread in so many different ways and languages and the rest of interpretations, to mention buried in hardships, to come back as almost fully Understandable and Doable (and Who was speaking neither Latin nor English then, but Greek or Hebrew). Also, if one can allow that 'Father' in all this long-standing training, is a LOVING Father, then this allows for the practitioner to dwell on that especially when starting with shooting the arms straight up and allowing Loving meaning to the above Terms-and actions- as one goes; (good breathing, good Presence and so forth)...
