Getting your kids to lose weight

Getting your kids to lose weight should be a breeze as it involves getting your kids to do more exercise.

 There are many things you can do to help your kids lose weight healthily. The general idea is to get more exercise and do more activities
while also eating less calories. Be aware though, eating less calories is not the same as eating less food. 

In actual fact, you may find they need to eat MORE food to promote healthy weight loss..

Keep a TV diary with a note of how much TV they watch during the week and at weekends, you may be surprised at how much it adds up to at the end of the week.
Do this also for the amount of time spent playing video games. This is one of the main areas of improvements you can make from recent studies. As already
mentioned, the number of TV viewing hours has increased directly in line with obesity levels.

Swap potato chips for fruit at lunchtime. If they get through a large amount of potato chips then consider swapping them out for fruit instead. chips are high in fat 
and nowadays the bags are getting bigger and bigger - its easy to eat an extra more then 200 kcals from a single bag
