Rising healthcare costs and the uncertainties associated with health insurance coverage, as well as the unstable financial sector of our economy, has created many problems for most Americans in dealing with issues of everyday life.  We have been researching for some time now to find and create a quality, and affordable solution for our future members.  We believe we have come upon a solution to accomplish just that.

    We have formed Health Benefit Services, Inc. to manage member based trade groups in a few key industries here in the U.S.  We are currently working with leading healthcare and life insurance brokers here in Southern California, which have expertise in their given fields, along with a serious commitment and ability to accommodate and service a national group member base.  This will allow our group members to fully benefit from all provided services we offer in both healthcare and financial planning.  In order to best address these (2) main concerns of lowering healthcare costs to the individual, and protecting the health and financial well-being of the member and their families, our members need creative alternative options that make sense with proven success.  Our unique program will allow our members attractive options to choose from, in deciding what best meets their own situational needs and specific goals they may have, and provide them more control in protecting their hard earned savings through their hard work in their business, career, or working on the job.   

    The first step in this process is to form a trade group with a minimum of 100 prospective members, who would be interested in belonging to a trade group offered health plan with other benefits included in their membership.  Once the minimum group profile requirements are met, our national healthcare providers will present a rate quote for our interested members to evaluate prior to participation.  We have chosen the “Construction” Trade Services specifically to be our primary trade group with a few others to form later, in order to build a strong base foundation to our program for other U.S. workers to benefit from in the near future.  Our Belief is:

Of the health plan options we are looking at some of the key benefits are;

-          No disqualification for pre-existing conditions. No waiting periods

-          Sole Proprietors qualify

-          Business owners, at their option, may offer benefits to employees

-          Choice of plan options include PPO, HSA, HMO

-          Retirement (age 55) and Senior Supplement Plans (age 65)
