Art Works

     Like the unseen magnetic forces that pull the needle of a compass 

I too am directed by something stronger than my own will.  The creative process guides me towards my next project as I follow my predetermined path- I was born an artist.

 

 I believe in the value of art; public art, private art, individual art, collaborative art, Art in Education and the unique opportunity art can provide to create real change in ourselves and in our community. I also believe we were made to be creative: these beliefs fuel my passion to create art that is purposeful. I feel the only thing better than creating art that speaks, celebrates, heals, motivates, unites, challenges, educates or inspires: is to provide opportunities for people to create this kind of art for themselves.

Beth Pierpoint is a physical therapist with her private practice in Birmingham, Alabama.  She graduated with her Bachelor’s from the University of Nevada and her Master’s in Physical Therapy from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon.  She enjoys working with her patient’s to optimize their performance in balance as well as sports.  She enjoys volunteering for sporting events to provide medical assistance such as the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii, or local triathlon events, as well as competing in 100 mile bike rides and triathlons.  Her motivation with this project is to help kids become more healthy by exploring their outdoor world in order to become physically and emotionally fit.
