Christy Falligant is a Hospice Social Worker serving terminally ill patients and their families. She has been employed at Odyssey Hospice for 9 years and has over 25 years of social work experience.  She provides bereavement support, serves as patient advocate and community educator.  She also serves as a volunteer telephone counselor for the Crisis Center, a 24 hour Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Program. Christy received her Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Alabama and Bachelor of Social Work Degree from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Christy is married, with 2 children and 3 dogs.
