This site is for individuals who are interested in Career & Technical Education at William Carey University Career & Technical Education develops teachers who have a skilled trade and are interested in teaching that trade to others. It is an old and honorable field of education. Johann Pestalozzi was an early innovator in this field; and he promoted the concept that the whole person should be educated. He wrote that the head, heart, and body all have a place in education. The concept of fully educating each person is still central in Career and Technical Education
