Here I've provided the actual stills that were taken of each tested display. Unfortunately, it's up to you to draw your own conclusions as to what an acceptable latency is.

The test has a margin of error of plus or minus half a frame, as there isn't really an adequate way of determining exactly where in the frame the snapshot is taken.

You can however make some assumptions if you happen to catch a snapshot where the timecode is in the middle of changing.
