Announcing the HDI Award of Excellence

Health Development International (HDI) invites participants in the Effective Hospital Management Workshop to apply for the HDI Award of Excellence. The award is granted to one hospital each year based upon the results achieved by implementing the skills learned at the workshop. Every participating healthcare organization is eligible to apply for the award by meeting the following requirements:

1. At least one manager from the hospital must have attended the HDI Effective Hospital Management Workshop more than one year prior to applying for the award.
2. Applicants must demonstrate the improvement in results achieved for the hospital in at least two of the following areas:

To apply, send a letter (in English) describing the achievements of the hospital with documentation to prove the results by email to KenH@healthdevelopment.org.

Applications may be received throughout the year and the award will be granted by a committee of HDI annually. Winners of the HDI Award of Excellence will receive a grant of $1,000 USD and will be recognized publicly through the national and international press.
