• Siebel CMR: Developer team leader and administrator for CRM Siebel 7 with more than 1500 users , 900 service points and over 4 million clients. He designs, manages and coordinates user requirements, ensuring the system reliability, besides the design and implementation of new requirements. He participates in the implementation of Siebel 7.5.3 in Colombia and 7.8 in Argentina. He is in charge of guaranteeing the proper application of design patterns in the developing team and he formed the Siebel developers in Falabella.
  

• ColombiaAdmission: Developer team leader for Client Admission System in Colombia, Web based solution running under ASP-SQLServer. He designed and managed user requirements. The system runs with more than 60 service points country wide, processing over 15000 Credit Cards request per month.
  

• Credit Consultation Colombia: Developer team leader for CMR Colombia Credit Consultation (OpenVMS-Cobol). He designed and managed user requirements, ensuring the system reliability.

Projects:

• Fee-Videcom Certification: He managed, designed and developed communication API FEE-Videcom (Middleware to interact with printer, readers and peripherals in Quito Airport). The certification was made on Videcom laboratories in London.
  

• Client Attention System (SODA): He managed, designed and developed a Client Attention System for LAN Airlines offices, used in over 40 offices country wide. The system was designed under Java Open Source. He managed external providers of hardware and software.
  

• J2EE Business Layer Expert: He worked on the J2EE business layer for different projects in LAN Airlines, using J2EE patterns. He was in charge of guaranteeing the proper application of design patterns in the developing team.

• IATA CUSS Project member: active IATA CUSS(Common Use Self Service for International Air Transport Association) project participation. He actively participated in conference in Switzerland and by conference calls to define the CUSS standards.
