FRIDAY FUN NIGHT FINAL SETUP
Thank you to volunteers. The word from Blair in RALLY is that we should be able to get cracking on setup by 5:45 or so, so if you're doing a commons activity and can help with setup then, great. Also, we'll need your help for the full night -- there's a lot going on! -- so we do appreciate that. Finally, Jen W. will have a set of maps for setup when you come.

Classroom jobs today:

• Make signs for each station
• Weigh jelly beans to calculate actual numbers and make tickets for guesses
• Make schedule for student helpers:
• •Cupcake walk
• •Valentines cards
• •Jelly beans
• •Coconut bowling

Activities, Volunteers and Currently assigned jobs.

• Cupcake walk -- Jen's friend, Paula, with students, and help from Nancy Long, as possible.
• Karaoke -- Salud, with setup help from kids, and Sean! (in music room)
• Dress up photos- Erin and son to take photos; Jenna to round up dress-up stuff
• Guess the number of jelly beans-- We have jelly beans. Kids to organize and setup.
• Coconut bowling-Kids to staff; Sean will stop by Foodland for coconuts. Tom to get pins from Dave Haas.
• Face painting- Kim and Kristen (arriving at 6:50ish, but dropping supplies to Kim beforehand)
• Tie dye art: : Jen and Nancy Long (Nancy and Kristen could switch after Kristen's arrival, but Kim will need help.
• Geoffrey Alter: Lego table

 
Craft stations (Card people: I was a little confused by some of the email replies about supplies so please let me know asap if you need prep work from the class.)

• Valentine cards and foam crafts-Mindy/Ali to bring supplies; Kids to staff. Steve Nelson to help.
• Japanese lanterns-- Nancy Seamount
• Mardi gras masks-- Ali (Ali and Mindy to conspire any way they see fit)

Other jobs

• Movie room -- Eldri (with setup help from Sean)
• Gym- Sarah Lewis, Pat Minick, Reuben Willis,  Elias Romanoff (Likely activities: kin ball, dodge ball, parachute games, soccer)
  
• Admissions - Cyla
• Roaming help- Tom, Mindy, Jack F. (and Sean, after helping get movie and karaoke going)
• PTA/Food help: Alex Andrews
