I enjoy speaking on nonprofit law and governance, corporate law, restorative justice, and law for entrepreneurs and startup businesses.  I have presented CLE (Continuing Legal Education) classes for NBI (National Business Institute) and the Linn County, Iowa Bar Association.  I have also presented at the National Conference on Restorative Justice and many times in academic settings.  I have written legal articles for business and bar association publications (please see my home page for more information on presentations and articles).
