Ho'oponopono:
I study and write  about the traditional Hawaiian method of dispute resolution, Ho'oponopono.  This process has similarities to mediation, but is unique in that the parties are required to forgive and release each other from any further attachments regarding the controversy.

My work on Ho'oponopono has been cited in law review articles, the popular media, and before the United States Congress.

I have more information on my Ho'oponopono page and I am also available to speak at conferences or meetings.
Volunteer Work:
I am the executive director of a small nonprofit, Evan's Dream, set up to honor the memory of my best friend, and to award scholarships to college students.  I also serve on the board of directors of Iowa Parrot Rescue, which provides rescue and rehoming services for parrots.
