The objectives of U of I Dart Club are as follows:

  Promote the sport of darts throughout the University and Iowa City areas.

 Coordinate the activities, tournaments and functions of the league, and positively represent the U of I Dart Club on a local, statewide and national basis.

 Provide advice and counseling to sponsoring firms in establishing local darting tournament competitions.

 Establish U of I Dart Club rules of play and regulations utilized during U of I Dart Club.

Sponsored competitions and U of I Dart Club sanctioned competitions. 

Improve the conditions of play in U of I Dart Club sponsored competitions and U of I Dart Club sanctioned competitions.
