To download the .mp4 of an individual episode, go the podcast's blogger page. Click on the post title of the episode you would like to download. Depending on what you would like to do, either choose to open or save the file. Unfortunately, the file itself has a nonsensical string of numbers as a file name, so it might be useful to rename it if you are saving it. The episodes are encoded as .mp4, a format which can be played by Quicktime or iTunes, as well as uploaded to a video enabled iPod.
