Payment Details

If you wish to receive the 5% early bird discount, register and pay in full before May 1, either by credit card or with single cheque.

If you do not wish the 5% early bird discount

Mail two cheques within two weeks of registration

1) The first cheque with the deposit may not be post-dated

- $50 for full week kidz, junior youth, and senior youth camps

- $100 for full week family camps

- full payment is required for other camps

2) The second cheque covers the remainder of the fees

It must be dated no later than three weeks prior to the start date

Make cheques payable to HLBC and write the first

and last name of the camper/family on the cheque.

N.S.F. cheques are subject to a $25 administration fee.

We have a cancellation policy in place to avoid

reserving space that could result in turning away someone else.

When cancellation is made three weeks

prior to the camp start date:

- for youth camps

- the fees less $50 will be refunded

- for family camps

- the fees less $100 will be refunded.

If you cancel less than three weeks prior to the camp, no refund will be extended.

Hastings reserves the right to send any camper

home if they do not comply with camp

regulations. Under such circumstances there will be no refund.
