The Summer Ministry Team is led by the Program Director, and is made up of 9 leaders (5 female & 4 male) and support staff including office manager, lifeguard, head cook, kitchen assistant, and maintenance assistant.

The team attends two weeks of orientation and training prior to the camp opening.

Summer Ministry Team members must be:

- Faithful and true to the teachings of Jesus Christ

- Hard working

- Willing to initiate conversation and activities

- Creative

   but are still required to fill out the application.
