Our fully equipped kitchen doesn't come with cowpokes but most everything else... - A walk in cooler - A walk in freezer - A huge stove with pancake grill - A commercial dishwasher We are inspected every year to ensure continuing compliance with health and fire regulations. Our kitchen staff is also trained annually in food safety. We recently added a disabled washroom, which is housed between the Kitchen and Marys Lounge. Rental groups are required to supply their own food and cooks. |  |
