Consider renting Hastings!  Our camp offers a spacious, relaxing and a beautiful setting to gather and be renewed.

Click here to check out our facility.  We can accommodate groups of up to 200 people. There are beds available for 140-50 people.  Overnight renters get exclusive use of the camp.

Check availability on the Camp Calendar, then check out our rates in the Rental Invoice Worksheet below.  You'll find our rates very competitive, if not the lowest in Alberta.  If you like what you see, complete the three rental forms below & mail them with the deposit to our Rentals Coordinator at the address on the forms.

The documents ending in pdf are created in industry standard Adobe pdf format.  If you don't have the free Adobe reader, click here to download & install it. 

When filling out the Rental Invoice Worksheet, keep in mind that minimum daily rates apply for all rental groups and that final fees are subject to change based on actual number of people attending.

All rental groups must provide proof of insurance for your event and will be asked to sign a release of liability form.

REMINDER: Weekday rentals are also available from September-May at a lower nightly rate than weekends.
