Adult Education

The Lewiston Adult Education is consisted of three parts.

1. Lewiston Adult Learning Center offers
ESL, GED, Adult Basic Education (ABE), and various
other classes for adults. They are usually held
on Tuesdays through Thursdays mornings
(830am-noon) and evenings sessions can be arranged (4pm-8pm).

2. College Transition Program provides Adult Basic Education (ABE) and computer programs on
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

3. Other academic support are also available.

*In previous years, volunteers focused mostly on one-on-one tutor (ESL or ABE). Volunteers can
also choose to teach small classes (i.e. math or computer).
Each visit will last around 2 hours
(includes traveling time).

*The College Transition Program is new to us this year.
