A Letter From God

Dear Child,

I want you to know how I feel about you so I thought I’d send this letter to you, know that I am gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in love and faithfulness. (Exodus 34:6) It is my desire that neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us. (Romans 8:39) make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose. (Philippians 2:2) Dear friends, let us love one another. (1 John 3:18) Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit unless you remain in me. (John 15:4) Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. (John 15:13)

I ask in return that you love me with all your heart, and with all your soul and with all your strength (Deuteronomy 6:5) and that you love your neighbor as yourself. (Luke 10:27) As I have loved you, so you must love one another. (John 13:34) Act justly, and …love mercy, and….walk humbly with me. (Micah 6:8) Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. (Romans 12:9) And over all…put on love, which binds…all together in perfect unity. (Colossians 3:14)

Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth. (Psalm 46:10) Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity. (1 Timothy 4:12)

Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you. (Hebrews.13:5) But let him who boasts boast about this: that he understands and knows me, that I am the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight. (Jeremiah 9:24)
